Refunds & Returns

We are committed to provide our customers with a great shipping experience and strive for your full satisfaction.  In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will gladly work with you in resolving any issues.

All items listed in stock are 100% brand new and come with official authentic license tags on branded products.  We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all our items to ensure that you receive your order to your full satisfaction without any defects.

 

WE HAVE 3 RETURN OPTIONS

 

1) Exchange for a different size, or item of equal or lesser value. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and the exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the item.

2) Return for store credit. You will be sent a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you, and the as soon as we receive an item, you'll receive a TeamToppers.com gift card code valid for 30 days.

3) Return for refund. You will be provided with a shipping label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund. As soon as we receive the products back, we'll issue a refund to your credit or debit card. 

We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Please fill out and include in your return the return form included in your original package.

Please note we can only accept returns and exchanges with a copy of your receipt or your Team Toppers order number.

Defective, incorrect, or missing items: 
If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, or you receive your order missing an item, please email us at cs@teamtoppers.com before initiating a return.
